| 摘 要： | 根据现代社会对诚信的要求和需要，传统诚信必须完成向现代诚信的转换：一是在调节范围上，必须完成熟人式的狭隘诚信向陌生人式的普适诚信转换；二是在约束机制上，必须完成乡规、舆论式的软性诚信向契约式的硬性诚信转换；三是在发生的依据上，必须完成情感式诚信向理性式诚信的转换；四是在追求的目的上，必须完成排斥功利式的道义诚信向认可利益式的有限诚信转换；五是在交往的主体上，必须完成不平等式诚信向平等式诚信的转换；六是在伦理层次上，必须完成次要道德义务式诚信向基本道德义务式诚信转换。
