| 摘 要： | 以尿素和过氧化氢为原料采用湿法合成固体消毒剂过氧化尿素，考察了反应物摩尔配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对过氧化尿素的收率和活性氧含量的影响，确定了最佳的制备工艺条件：过氧化氢与尿素的反应摩尔配比为1．3：1，反应温度为30℃，反应时间为40min，此时过氧化尿素的收率可达到87．32％，过氧化尿素的活性氧含量可达18．81％。

| Abstract: | Urea peroxide as solid disinfectant was prepared by wet process with urea and hydrogen peroxide in the paper. In order to obtain the best preparation condition on the effect of the yield of urea peroxide and the content of active oxygen, several factors such as molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea reaction temperature, reaction time were investigated in the text. The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions are obtained with the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide to urea 1.3：1, the reaction temperature 30 ℃, the reaction time 40 min, and with the yields of ttrea oeroxide 87.32% and the content of active oxwen 18.81%. |
