| 摘 要： | 本文通过对大学生就业指导工作的考察和实践,提出从明确以就业为导向的学前教育专业培养目标、充分发挥学前教育特色专业和示范专业的优势、树立新的人才观和新的发展观、强化就业指导体系建设、拓宽毕业生就业途径五个方面加强就业工作,实现毕业生顺利就业。

| Abstract: | In order to make grads obtain employment successfully, the writer of this paper suggests that the employment work should be strengthened from the following five aspects: (1) Nailing down the employment-oriented training target of pre-schooling education specialty; (2) Exerting completely the advantages of features and demonstrations of pre-schooling education specialty; (3) Establishing new viewpoints of talents and development; (4) Strengthening the building of employment guidance system; (5) Widening the passes of grads employment. |
