| Abstract: | The paper emphatically sets forth the fundamental plan in building and improving the social security system with Chinese characteristics, including carrying on continuously the social security undertaken by the state, posts and individuals; perfecting the mechanism of fund collecting for social security; strengthening the fund administration; improving the programs supported by the state finance, building up the budget for social security; and perfecting the mechanism of social security administration, etc. this paper is given from the point of combining theory with practice. |
