| 摘 要： | 学报特色决定学报的发展道路，其由市场经济、区域特征、办学特色和学科优势等因素主导；区域服务是高校学报的重要职能，它是社会生产力、学术根本目的、区域发展实际和高校就业压力等共同决定的。学报区域服务功能的最大化发挥是学报特色的重要表现，是实现学报科学发展的有效途径，也是增强区域发展的重要手段。
