| 摘 要： | 通过对影响学生成才的“宿舍效应”的增强和现在宿舍文化建设在大学生思想政治教育中存在的局限性分析，探讨了“学习型组织”与大学生宿舍文化建设的结合，提出了在高校建设“学习型宿舍”的重要性。
