| 摘 要： | 呼和浩特市地区财政收入占其国内生产总值的比率偏低，说明该地区自身的财力供给水平偏低。而导致这一结局的主要原因，在于该地区的经济增长质量、经济结构、征管质量存在问题。因而该地区要想提高自身的财力供给水平，就必须着重从改善和优化经济发展环境、转变经济增长方式、通过技术进步提升经济效益以及依法治税这四个方面下功夫。

| Abstract: | Based on the low rate of financial revenue to GDP,the paper concludes that the finance supply level of Huhhot is also low.The main reason why these happen is that there exist problems in economic growth,economic structure and level of levy administration in Huhhot.Thus,Huhhot must make great efforts in the following aspects if it wants to enhance its finance supply level: improving the economic growth environment,transforming the ways of economic growth,improving economic performance through technological progress and reinforcing levy administration. |
