| 摘 要： | 高校内部存在着两种最主要的权力结构形式——学术权力和行政权力。大学作为一种特殊的组织机构，其健康运行需要处理好学术权力和行政权力之间的关系。通过对学术权力和行政权力的含义及二者之间的关系进行理论分析，可在借鉴国外大学学术权力和行政权力运行实践的基础上，提出我国大学学术权力和行政权力结构平衡的对策。

| Abstract: | The essay expounds the two forms of power structure existing within colleges, the academic power and the administrative power. Based on a theoretical analysis of the meaning and the correlation of the two kinds of power, the author proposes some countermeasures to maintain the balance of them, thereby to guarantee a proper operation of colleges. |
