| 摘 要： | 体育不仅能强健独生子女的体魄，还对他们的思想道德素质、科学文化素质和心理素质具有很强的教育作用。学校、家庭、社会都应重视对独生子女的教育，教师应系统讲授各运动项目的特点、技能和规则。针对不同年龄孩子设计不同的运动项目。社会、家庭、教师应合力多组织各种业余运动队，为学生提供一个可供选择的体育平台。
