| 摘 要： | 高职院校是培养高素质技能型人才的基地,高职院校的学生专业社团在建设上就要与高职院校的人才培养目标相一致.通过这一途径,高职院校可以关注并充分尊重每一个学生的个体发展,激发学生对某一专业技能的求知欲,满足其内在需求,也会对学风建设起到事半功倍的作用.同时在活动中.学生自我管理与社交能力会得到很大的提高.因此,对于高职院校来说,积极探索学生专业社团的建设,使其完全成为高职院校课外延伸的重要途径,具有显著的现实意义.
