| 摘 要： | 郭嵩焘的对外开放思想是随着他早年探索洋情"夷务"的游历生活及出使英法经历而形成的。主要包括新奇的中西观、实用的开放观和进步的社会观等方面,其思想的全面性与深刻性对近代中国产生了重要影响,对于今天改革开放仍有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | GUO Song-tao had the idea of opening up to the outside world in his early wandering years when he was exploring the foreign affairs and according to his experiences when he served as diplomat in Britain and France, which mainly includes a practical view of China and the west, a comprehensive view of opening up to the outside world and a progressive view of society. His comprehensive and profound idea not only has an important influence upon the contemporary China but also is worth learning to the present reform and opening up policy. |
