| 摘 要： | 住宅业作为我国当前新的经济增长点和消费热点已成为理论界和实业界的共识，可是住宅业能否成为一个独立的产业，它成为一个独立的产业的理论依据是什么，却很少被人们讨论。本文主要探讨住宅产业得以确立的理论基础。

| Abstract: | In our country residence is becoming apoint of economic dependence and consuming dependence. But is the residence an independent industry? If it is an independent industry, what is its theoretic basis? All these questions aren't settled .So this paper mainly analyzes theoretic basis of residence industry. |
