| 摘 要： | 流程再造是对组织结构和流程进行重新梳理、优化、整合的系统性工程.从高校人力资源管理流程再造的价值指向入手,分析了当前我国高校人力资源管理系统的现状和问题,提出了运用系统化改造法再造高校人力资源管理系统的实现路径.
