| 摘 要： | 20世纪，我国的企业职工培训由个别传授技术到进行规模培训，经历了一个曲折漫长的过程。到20世纪末，我国企业职工培训逐步走上了科学化、法制化、制度化轨道，形成了具有中国特色的适应市场经济发展的社会主义人力资源开发模式。
