零售企业竞争优势形成机理的研究

摘    要:零售企业竞争优势来源于零售业务流程,零售业务流程特征来源于企业资源,在此基础上建立了一个零售企业竞争优势形成机理的研究模型,并应用这个模型对沃尔玛零售公司的竞争优势进行了案例研究,最后得出结论:沃尔玛竞争优势为天天低价,导致天天低价形成的是一个“低成本采购——低成本配送——低价格销售——低成本采购”的业务流程,这个流程的保障是包括“两系统两关系”的企业资源:物流系统和信息系统;与顾客的亲人关系和与员工的伙伴关系。

Abstract:In this paper,the authors deem that the retailer's competitive advantage derives from retail business process,while the characteristics of business process come from the retailer's resources.On the basis of that,we build up a research model of the forming mechanism of retailer's competitive advantage,and do a case study on Wal-Mart according to this model.The competitive advantage of Wal-Mart is that "Everyday is low Price",which comes from business process of "low cost purchasing-low cost delivering-low price selling-low cost purchasing".The guarantee of Wal-Mart's business process lies in the enterprise's resources that include logistics system and information system, as well as the family relationship with the customers and the partner fellowship with the employee.
