| Abstract: | The Taiwan question is the most sensitive and central question in the SINO-US relations 'The Anti-secession Law' is the peace law which opposes' Taiwan independence'maintaining state sovereignty and territorial integrity ,promoting reunification of the motherland,promoting the cross-straits relations of peace and stability. 'The Law of Relations with Taiwan' is the anti-peace law which pursues pursing power politics, maintaining dominant status, creating 'two China' 'one China ,one Taiwan ',conniving at Taiwan independence force ,interfering with China's internal affairs and causing the war across the Taiwan straits .So analyzing the fundamental difference between two laws is significant to understand the legislative spirit of 'the Anti-secession Law 'deeply,to object to Taiwan independence,and U.S.A 's interfering with China's internal affairs ,and to maintain state sovereignty and territorial integrity. |
