| 摘 要： | 民办高等教育的产权关系 ,随着民办院校的资产规模由小变大 ,产权结构由单一变为多元 ,已变得越来越复杂。其归属、主体、重组、分配、结构、权益以及属性等问题 ,都已提到议事日程上来 ,不明晰这些关系 ,将不利于民办院校的长远发展。

| Abstract: | With that the assets scale of the civilian run colleges and universities gets from small to large and the property right structure gets from single to diversified, the property right relation of the civilian run higher education has become more and more complex. The questions such as its ownership, main body, re organization, allocation, structure, right and benefit, nature, and so on, have been put forward to the order of the day. Not clear cutting these relations will not benefit the long development of civilian run universities and schools. |
