| 摘 要： | 人才培养模式是高校必须探讨的一个重要课题。随着社会经济和科学技术的迅速发展，必须对人才培养模式的内涵特点和基本结构进行分析。知识经济的到来，国家发展的需要，社会主叉市场经济的发展，高校的价值取向都充分表明必须构建创新人才培养模式，着力培养创新人才。要通过解放思想、更新观念、培养学生创新意识、训练学生创新思维、培养学生创新品质、加强学科融合等多条途径构建创新人才的新模式。

| Abstract: | The cultivating pattern for creative talents is an important task that must be explored in college and universities.With the rapid development of social economy as well as the science and technology,the connotation characteristics and basic structure of the cultivating patterns for talents must be analyzed.The coming of knowledge economy,the need of our country's development,the development of socialist market economy as well as the value orientation of colleges and universities all require constructing cultivating patterns for creative talents which put forth efforts to foster creative talents.Various ways such as emancipating the mind,updating the conception,developing students' consciousness of creativity,training students' thought of creativity,culturing students' character of creativity and strengthening the mixing of courses can be adopted to construct the cultivating patterns for creative talents. |
