| 摘 要： | 尊老敬老传统美德的形成和发展与西周时期的学校教育密切相关。在西周的学校教育中,尊老教育是一项重要而突出的内容,学校是养老的地点之一,学校的师资主要由老年人担任,学校还是尊老教育的场所。在学校中进行尊老教育的目的是为了国家的长治久安。
