| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和比较等研究方法对我国民族传统体育的发展进行分析,以民族传统体育文化的发展和传播为切入点,认为民族传统体育文化的发展要百花齐放,走多样化发展的道路：民族传统体育文化的传播要以学校教育为出发点,以全民健身为纽带,利用现代传媒工具进行传播。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature,logical analysis and the comparative study,the article made the analysis on Chinese national traditional sports development.The article had thought that the national traditional sports culture's development and transmission should keep its varity and have various ways to develop,and have schools as its edcation points,all-fitness as its bands,to use modern media tools to transmit itself. |
