| 摘 要： | 保密作为主体维护自身生存、安全和利益的特殊活动和实践方式,是以秘密的存在为前提并紧紧围绕秘密而展开的。秘密作为在一定时空条件下只许一定主体知悉、谋划和实施的事项,是在社会的发展过程中必然产生的一种历史现象。概括地讲,资源稀缺是一切秘密赖以产生的最本原的物质根源,安全需要是一切秘密赖以产生的最直接的主体根源,阶级对立是国家秘密和军事秘密赖以产生的最深刻的社会根源,利益矛盾是商业秘密产生的直接根源和一切秘密产生的经济根源。

| Abstract: | As a special social activity and a practice mode by which subjects protect their survival,safety and benefits,confidentiality activities are on the base of secrecy.
Secrecy allows a certain subject to know,plan and execute a specific program in a specific time and place. This is an inevitable historical phenomenon in the process of social development. Generally,resource scarcity is the material root of secrecy; security is the main origin;class opposition is the social root of the state secret and military secret; interest conflicts are the direct economic source of business secret. |
