基于2-5混值/十值T门的D/A转换器的设计

摘    要:通过对电路三要素理论和混值编码技术的研究,提出采用2-5混值编码技术设计十值运算电路的新方案。首先利用T运算设计2-5混值/十值T门,然后,根据二值T型解码网络D/A转换器的设计原理设计了十值T型解码网络D/A转换器。最后用PSPICE模拟验证所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能。

Abstract:This paper proposes a new scheme using 2-5 mixed-valued encode technique to design ten-valued operation circuits by researching of the theory of three essential elements and mixed-valued coding technique. First, using T o peration to design 2-5 mixed-valued/ten-valued T gate. Then, according to the design theory of two-valued T type decode net D/A converter, we can design ten-valued T type decode net D/A converter. Finally, the above designed circuits are verified by PSPICE simulation.
