| 摘 要： | 中国大陆和台湾地区的离婚制度在关于离婚的条件、离婚的程序、离婚的效力三方面有不同的规定,存在各自的优缺点。中国大陆可以在某些方面借台湾地区的离婚制度,修订中的新的《婚姻家庭法》更加完善。
