| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高校毕业生"就业难"已经成为一个不争的社会现实。造成大学毕业生就业难的原因有毕业生自身观念滞后及素质欠佳的问题,也有国家、社会、学校的原因。因此,只有社会各界和毕业生自己共同努力,才能实现毕业大学生顺利就业的美好愿望。
