| 摘 要： | 通过对阿坝师范高等专科学校2003级、2004级大学生的心理健康现状调查发现,阿坝师专大学生心理健康现状整体状态较好,但在情绪心理、人际交往心理、适应心理、学习心理等方面不同程度地存在忧郁、交往障碍、适应欠佳、学习缺乏热情等不良心理问题。本文在分析这些问题的基础上,提出促进学生心理健康发展的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The investigation made on 425 students of Year 2003,Year 2004 in Aba Teachers College shows that Aba Teachers College students' mental health is in a good condition,however,unfavored mental problems like melancholy,communication disorders,adaptive imperfections,unemotionality in studies can be seen in their emotional,interpersonal intercourse,adaptation,and learning mentalities.On basis of an analysis of these issues,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and proposals as to promote healthy development of students' mentalities. |
