| 摘 要： | 坚持"以学生为本"是坚持"以人为本"理念在高校学生思想政治教育中的具体化。"以学生为本"的思想政治工作,其前提是必须了解大学生的想法和需求。只有在了解的基础上坚持思想政治教育与解决实际问题相结合,大学生思想政治工作才能取得好的效果。
