摘    要:测试了Q235碳素钢板与B级船板的性能差距,通过成分设计和控制轧制,在试验轧机上开发了B级船板钢,性能达到中国船级社的要求。分析表明:严格控制S,P的含量,并进行适当的控轧,可以显著提高船板的冲击韧性,并使组织更加均匀和细化。

Abstract:The properties of Q235 carbon steel and grade B ship plate were measured.By means of chemical composition design and control rolling,grade B ship plate was developed on the experimental rolling machine and its mechanical properties can meet the needs of CCS standard.The analysis shows that by means of the strict content of S and P and the proper control rolling,the Akv can be enhanced dramatically and the microstructure of steel plate can be finer and more homogeneous.
