| 摘 要： | 医学院校研究生的德育培养是持续且细致的过程。针对当前部分医学院校研究生医学理想信念不坚定、心理素质不高、学术行为不端等问题和不足,本文提出从学校课程设置、导师选定以及社会模式建构等角度来提高研究生德育教育质量,从而促进我国医疗卫生事业改革,增强医学院校竞争力,提高个人职业素养。

| Abstract: | The moral education of graduate students in medical colleges is a continuous and meticulous process.In view of the problems and shortcomings of medical ideal and belief,psychological quality and academic behavior of some graduate students in medical colleges at present,this paper proposes some ideas to improve the moral education quality of graduate students from the aspects of school curriculum,tutor selection and social model construction so as to promote the reform of medical and health undertakings in China,enhance the competitiveness of medical colleges and improve the personal professional accomplishment. |
