| 摘 要： | 本文以抽样的广东省12个地市、区体校的329名业余排球运动员为研究对象,运用文献综述法、调查法、数理统计法等对业余排球运动员初级选材指标进行深入研究。构建了广东省业余排球运动员选材指标体系,包括身体形态指标、身体素质指标、身体机能指标、心理指标、及遗传因素评定指标,为教练员在以后的科学选材上提供现实依据。
