| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代,人才培养是大学固有职能,也是重要的职能,大学教育将走出“半人时代”,把培养全人作为自己的培养目标。为了实现培养全人大学教育目标,大学必须调整专业设置,进一步拓宽人才培养口径,建立普遍教育与专业教育有效平衡的课程体系,实现课程体系的个性化;改革教育教学方法,加强智力训练、能力培养和人格养成,营造适宜校园文化环境,促进学生的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Talented persons' training is the intrinsic and important function in university in intellectual economical times.University will go out of "the times of specialized persons" and regards comprehensive persons as the training aim.The curriculum should be revised,The specification of talented persons'training should be widened,The effective and balance curriculumSystem of general education and special education should be set up to realize it's individual character,The teaching methods should be improved,The training of intelligence,abilities,personality should be strengthened,The appropriate culture of university should be constructed to Promote the comprehensive developments of students. |
