| 摘 要： | 篮球运动需要裁判工作，重视培养体育专业学生的篮球裁判技能是普及篮球运动的重要环节，高校体育专业学生在校时间长，参与篮球比赛机会多，高校的这种体育环境适合培养篮球裁判员。重视裁判员的培养不仅能缓解学校各类篮球比赛裁判员不足的问题，还能为社会输送合格篮球裁判人才。

| Abstract: | Basketball match needs referees.Therefore,it is argued that the developing of basketball referees' abilities for P.E.major students is a key way to popularize basketball games.Students in higher education feature on the environment of long academic terms and more playing opportunities.It is also believed that the developing of basketball referees can help solve the problem of the shortage of qualified referees in different levels. |
