| 摘 要： | 以培养全面、和谐的人为目标,坚持以学生的全面发展为宗旨,以培养学生的创造精神和实践能力为重点,高校大学生素质培养模式的建立和完善已成为目前高校基于＂卓越工程师＂计划构筑完整的高等教育体系的重要内容。基于＂卓越工程师＂计划的要求,从培养目标、培养内容、培养途径、培养效果评价以及培养效果反馈5个方面构建了高校大学生素质培养模式,着重阐述了培养途径和培养效果反馈两个方面的具体内容,为提高高校大学生素质培养水平提供有力保证。

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate the all round qualities students, to focus on students＇ creative spirit and practical ability, we establish a quality cultivating pattern for college students, and build a complete system of higher education based on the ＂Excellent Engineers＂ plan. We construct quality cultivating patterns from 5 aspects, including cultivating objectives, cultivating content, cultivating methods, cultivating effect evaluation, and cultivating effect feedback. Then emphatically elaborated cultivating methods and cultivating effect feedback, which can ensure that the college students＇ quality cultivation achieves a high level. |
