摘    要:团队社会资本是影响团队效能的重要因素,以往研究大多只关注单一类型社会资本对团队效能的作用,而忽视了不同类型社会资本的差异及其相互作用对团队效能的影响。尝试从不同类型团队社会资本的作用和关系角度出发,探讨了结合型与桥接型社会资本的组合对团队效能的影响,发现2种类型社会资本存在着功能上相互补充、结构上又相互矛盾的关系,并提出了达成团队社会资本平衡的建议。

Abstract:Group social capital is an important factor that affects group effectiveness. Previous studies mostly focus on the role of certain type of social capital on group effectiveness, while neglecting the differences between two types of social capital and their interaction effect on group effectiveness. From the perspective of role difference and interaction effect between bonding and bridging social capital, this paper investigates the combination of social cap- ital and its impact on group effectiveness, and finds that bonding and bridging are at the same time functionally complementary and structurally contradictory, finally put forward suggestions to achieve a balance between bonding and bridging social capital.
