| 摘 要： | 从冲模设计与制造的实际需要出发,介绍了模具刃口尺寸的计算方法,对模具结构设计方面的常见问题进行了分析并给出了相应的解决对策,举例说明了选用标准件的方法与步骤。实践证明,合理解决上述设计问题,有利于提高模具设计工作效率,缩短模具制造周期。

| Abstract: | From actual needs of die design and manufacturing,the calculating method of die cutting edge size is introduced,common problems in die design are analyzed,the countermeasures are offered and the method and the process in use of standard parts are illustrated.It proved the solution of practical problems would help improve efficiency of die design and shorten the manufacturing cycle. |
