| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育事业的快速发展,使高校青年教师的数量急剧增加.新时期高校青年教师的特点决定了青年教师在师德师风方面存在一些问题.建立健全科学的高校青年教师师德师风建设机制是加强高校青年教师师德建设的途径之一.本文根据当前高校青年教师的特点和高校青年教师师德师风建设的现状出发,着重对新时期如何建立健全科学的高校青年教师师德师风建设机制进行思考,并提出了可行对策.
