| Abstract: | "People-centered " means teacher-centered in colleges and gathers good teachers as the aim of colleges to achieve the "dependency effect".To apply the policy of "People-centered " is to make the teaching staff competitive as possible as we can construct a high-qualified teaching staff to impart knowledge and educate people,to manage and educate people,to serve and educate people.This is a new idea of employing,keeping,and developing the teacher resources. |
