| 摘 要： | 当外资企业在华的新产品研发周期确定时,FDI溢出效应越明显,我国相关竞争企业的模仿或自主创新能力就越强。外商为了谋求垄断地位,其在华开发新产品则倾向于短周期产品,并且主要倾向选择那些位于整个产业链条的中、下游产品。企业的模仿或自主创新能力也受到我国引进外资政策的影响。引资政策越优惠,我国的模仿或自主创新能力就越受到抑制。模仿和自主创新能力强的东道国,流向该国的FDI技术溢出是不可避免的。

| Abstract: | The life cycles of technology innovation may vary in foreign enterprises located in China.Usually FDI spillover effects can strengthen the independent innovation or imitative innovation of local competitors.In order to obtain the dominant position (monopo- ly),foreign enterprises intend to develop those products with shorter life cycle and prefer the products in middle and backward positions of industrial chain.Independent innovation or imitative innovation is also affected by China' s policies of attracting foreign capital.Ac- tually preferential policies have a negative effect on China' s independent innovation or imitative innovation.It is almost inevitable that FDI spillover effects are stronger in those host countries,who have high independent innovation or imitative innovation. |
