摘    要:EAP(员工援助计划)作为一种非薪酬的激励手段,对图书馆员工的管理和激励方面有着重要的心理学研究价值。文章从当前图书馆员的职业心理和需求入手,分析运用EAP于图书馆管理中的意义,并提出构建图书馆个性化激励机制的具体措施。

Abstract:EAP,an non-material incentive to the librarians,has an important psychological research value in the management and stimulation of librarians.Starting from the needs and professional psychology of librarians,the article makes an analysis of the significance of EAP in the library management,and advances some concrete measures to construct the individualized incentive mechanism in libraries.
