| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和数据统计法等研究方法,对2012年山西省武术锦标赛,女子散打运动员三个级别的比赛进行观看和统计,分析各级别运动员各种腿法运用情况和运用的特点,结果显示:目前山西省女子散打运动员的鞭腿技术掌握的比较好,但其它腿法技术掌握情况还很不乐观,并与中外优秀女子运动员进行比较分析,为今后山西省女子散打运动员腿法技术水平的提高提供一些科学依据,使女子散打运动员的腿法技术训练朝着更有针对性和科学性的方向发展.

| Abstract: | This article through the literature material,logic analysis and statistics methods does the statistics and analysis of three levels of women sanda athletes competitions in 2012 Shanxi Wushu Championships about women athletes leg skill applications and their exerting features.The findings show that Shanxi women athletes are good at whipping leg technology but poor at using other skills.Compared with the top women athletes,the study tries to provide some scientific basis for the future improvement of women sanda athletes levels,to make their training towards the direction of science. |
