| 摘 要： | 如何看待新一轮思想解放？笔者针对这一问题，重读了邓小平《解放思想，实事求是，团结一致向前看》一文（简称《讲话》），从解放思想仍然是一个重大的政治问题、如何打破习惯势力与主观偏见、如何研究新情况、解决新问题这三个方面。谈了自己的几点看法。文中，笔者根据《讲话》精神，论述了如何从一般意义上看待思想解放，如何从特殊意义上看待新一轮思想解放-提出了新一轮解放思想，核心是按照科学发展观的要求，解决好“为谁发展、怎样发展、实现什么样的发展”问题，着重解决制约我国当前的科学发展的突出问题，从过时的条条框框、传统的发展观念束缚中解放出来；尽管具体问题是应解决的，但不要刻意提新一轮解放思想仅仅是为了解决某一个或某一方面的具体问题。
