| 摘 要： | 通过文献加思辨的方法来界定学习环境与教育信息化学习环境．论述教育信息化学习环境下的数字化教育资源的意义、组成要素及各要素之间的关系，认为硬件是基础，软件是关键，潜件是粘合剂，“人件”是核心，周边因素是保障，建设数字化教育资源是实现教育信息化学习环境的核心。

| Abstract: | This paper identified through literature Garth ways to define the learning environment and education information learning environment, discusses the education information learning environment the significance of digital educational resources, components and the relationships between the elements, that is the basis for the hardware, the software is the key is hidden pieces of adhesive, ＂human element＂ is the core, peripheral factor is security, construction of digital educational resources to achieve educational information is the core of the learning environment. |
