| 摘 要： | 对民办高等院校有机化学教学存在的问题进行分析，并结合实际情况．提出通过精心设计教学过程，采用多媒体手段，结合有机化学反应的机理、突破教学的难点，重视教学的各个环节、培养学生学习的兴趣，重视实验课的教学、理论联系实际等方法，不断提高有机化学教学质量。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the problems in organic chemistry teaching in the private colleges and universities. Combined with the actual situation, it have proposed through the elaborate design teaching process and used multimedia teaching methods. The teacher should combine with the mechanism of organic chemical reactions, and break through difficulties in the teaching. Teachers should pay attention to every link of teaching to cultivate students＇ interest in learning. At the same time, Teachers should pay attention to the organic chemistry experimental class, in order to theory with practice in teaching. Teachers also used other methods in teaching to improve the quality of organic chemistry study. |
