| Abstract: | The talented person training mode on college inside factory which is on the basis of developing the talented person training scheme according to market demand, establishing a practical teaching system with reflecting the ability, and co-constructing courses related to jobs, can realize the zero distance docking talents training and enterprises demand, can make the colleges, enterprises and students achieve the three win situation. |
