| 摘 要： | 文章认为我国高校英语专业现在正面临着严重的危机和巨大的压力,因此需要给其一个定位,以摆脱这种危机和压力。对复合型英语人才的理解和培养要把握好度,不能偏激;英语专业应具有自己的“专业”特色,否则就会逐渐名存实亡,甚至渐渐消亡。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes that orientation of English specialty is changed with the development of the reform on the teaching of English in China, which makes teaching of English face with great pressure. It proposes that the understanding and cultivating of compound English talents should not be too extreme and should have its own feature as one of the specialties among many others. |
