| 摘 要： | 随着我国就业制度改革的不断深化，“双向选择，自主择业”已经成为毕业生就业的主要途径，面对日趋严峻的就业形势，明确高校就业指导工作的任务和内容，分析高校就业指导中存在的问题和对大学生就业的影响，结合实际提出高校就业指导应把握的原则和对策，对增强就业指导工作的科学性和有效性，促进大学生的全面就业具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | With the deepening reform of national employment system, the ＂bidirectional selection and free choice＂ method has become the major approach for university graduates to get employed, which means both graduates and employers make their own choice in the job market. Taking into account the increasingly rigorous situation of employment, it is of great importance to specify the very task and content of employment guidance, to analyze the problems with Employment Guidance Center and its impact on the employment of graduates, to put forward a set of realistic and practical guidelines and coping strategies, all of which will help to improve the scientificity and effectiveness of employment guidance work, and moreover, facilitate the employment of all graduates. |
