| 摘 要： | 高校成人高等教育作为具有中国特色的人才培养体系,能否经受社会经济转型期的阵痛,实现科学、和谐、可持续发展的总体目标,关键在于能否适应社会主义市场经济体制发展的要求,实现人才培养机制的转轨。为此,高校成人教育必须在艰难反思过去的同时,以“四个转变”为取向,对内部因素和外部联系进行革命性变革,加强与人才市场的对话与协调,构建与社会、政府、市场紧密链接的多维导向人才培养“立交桥”。

| Abstract: | As a talent training system which has Chinese characteristics, whether adult education in colleges can withstand the changing period of social economy and achieve the general goal of scientific, harmonious and sustainable development depends on whether it can adapt to the developing request of socialistic market economy system and bring about alteration of talent training system. Therefore, while rethinking hard of the past, adult education in colleges must take the orientation of "four alterations" to reform thoroughly internal elements and external connections, to reinforce dialogue and coordination with talent market and to build a multi-dimensional talent training overpass linked with society, government and market. |
