| 摘 要： | 产业集聚能够带来创新、外部性、社会资本和规模经济报酬递增等效应,集聚区内的企业将获得诸多竞争优势,产业集聚是一个产业发展与升级的必由之路。艺术产业集聚区形成、发展与所处的城市环境密切,只有那些具备有利于艺术产业集聚区形成和发展因素的城市,才能诱发艺术产业集聚区,才能促进艺术产业集聚区的演进,这就需要构建创意城市。

| Abstract: | Industrial agglomeration can bring effects of innovation, externalities, incremental changes in social capitals and scale economy. Enterprises in agglomerated area will gain a lot of advantages in competition. Industrial agglomeration is the only way to industry development and upgrade. The shaping and developing of art industrial agglomeration is closely related to the city environment surrounding itself. Only those cities with favorable conditions for art industry shaping and developing can trigger the establishment and development of art industrial agglomeration. That is why we need to build creative cities. |
