摘 要: | 学生工作者在繁冗复杂的工作面前要科学地梳理工作。高校辅导员将所带大学生的工作对象中重点人群可分为优秀大学生群体、经济困难大学生群体、沉迷网络学生群体、学业有困难学生群体和疾病、心理问题学生群体,对特殊群体因材施教,以做好特殊群体的教育管理工作,从而实现学生工作的整体覆盖。

Abstract: | In face of arduous and complicated student affairs work, related workers should make a scientific summarization. University counselors can divide their students into several groups, such as prominent students, poverty-stricken students, students addicted to the Internet, students with academic diffi-culty, and students with diseases or psychological problems, so as to educate them respectively in accordance with their special sit-uations, and give consideration to all students in student affairs work. |
