| 摘 要： | 针对高校附属医院继续医学工作的发展和教育对象的特点，结合“科教兴国”战略，从继续医学教育的概念入手，通过分析探讨新形势下医院继续医学教育工作发展现状和存在的问题，总结了医院继续医学教育工作的对策，为进一步推进医院人才储备工作打下了基础，为完善人才继续医学教育工作的可持续发展体系提出了新的建议。

| Abstract: | In view of the development of the continuing education of university affiliated hospital talents and the characteristics of the education object, combined with the strategy ofinvigorating the country through science, technology and education, and starting from the definition of continuing medical education, this paper analyzes and explores the current situation and existing problems of hospital continuing medical education in the new sit-uation, summarizes the countermeasures of hospital continuing e-ducation, lays a foundation for the further work of hospital talent reserve, and proposes new suggestions for perfecting the sustain-able development system of talent continuing medical education. |
