| 摘 要： | 目前，各地、各机构进行人文社会科学研究成果评奖、评价时，往往各行其是，自拟章法，带有一定的随意性，这必然影响到成果评价的权威性。因此，完善人文社会科学研究成果奖励制度，健全成果评价机制，改进成果评价方法，是社科界及科研管理部门亟待思考的问题。

As a result, this will certainly affect the authority of the assessment. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for the science research administration to establish a new set of assessment standards and improve the assessment mechanism in terms of humanities and social science research. |
